OnPoint Pros

Privacy Notice

Effective October 9, 2026 · Notice version bathroom-2026-10-09

This notice covers OnPoint Pros’ bathroom remodeling pages at bathroom.onpointprostx.com, including the Primary Bath Blueprint page, and related inquiries and project records.

We use your details to assess your remodel and contact you. We may share contact details and inquiry updates with Google to measure our ads.

Information we use

How we use and share information

We use your information to assess scope, answer questions, arrange planning calls, prepare estimates, coordinate projects and maintain customer records. Hosting, customer-management, communication and project-service providers process information to support those activities.

Our remodeling pages use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure website activity and advertising. We share information with Google to connect website activity to advertising interactions, evaluate campaign performance and inform advertising decisions. Later lead or project outcome uploads may be enabled separately as described below.

Enhanced conversions and outcome measurement

Enhanced conversions use contact details you provide, such as email and phone. Those details are normalized and hashed for matching. Hashing creates matching codes; it does not make the data anonymous to a service that can match it.

For offline lead and booked-project measurement, we may send Google hashed contact details together with an available ad-click identifier, event date, lead or booking status, unique transaction identifier and booked project value. These conversion records do not require your photos, private messages or payment credentials. A booked value is not necessarily money collected.

Google can match this information to advertising interactions and information collected through its services. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Browser storage and request records

We use timestamped first and latest advertising attribution for up to 90 days to preserve it when you visit the Blueprint page and return to the form. Stored entries can remain until you revisit the site or clear browser storage. We use a random request identifier to make retries safer, and store an opaque saved-lead identifier to avoid repeating a website conversion. We do not store your name, email or phone in this attribution storage. If browser storage is unavailable, attribution may be limited to the current page.

The submitted request records the notice version displayed with the form. This is not recorded as blanket consent to unrelated marketing or as proof of separate consent.

Questions and privacy requests

Call or text OnPoint Pros at (469) 933-0888 with a privacy question, a request to access, correct or delete your information, or a request about future advertising-measurement sharing. Our team reviews requests; contacting us is not an automatic browser tracking switch. We may need to verify identity and retain records for an active project, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Applicable rights depend on your circumstances and the law.

You can manage browser cookies and storage and review Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center. These controls do not by themselves delete your project records with us.

This notice explains data uses. Where separate consent is legally required, this notice alone does not replace it.
