Our on-time guarantee
Full-tile primary bathroom remodels · Terms updated October 11, 2026
Once all materials are delivered, inspected and staged, most qualifying projects are completed in about 10 working days of on-site work. If we pass your agreed completion date for reasons inside our control, we credit $200 per additional working day until substantial completion.
Qualifying projects
- A primary bathroom within the standard size and scope range agreed in your written proposal.
- A full-tile, tear-out and rebuild remodel—not a partial remodel or repair-only job.
- No major structural changes or complex reconfiguration beyond our standard layouts.
- Located in our confirmed core service area: Allen, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Carrollton, The Colony, Little Elm, Murphy, Lucas, Addison or their immediate surroundings.
We confirm the qualifying scope, schedule and completion date in writing before work. Most full-tile primary baths in these areas fall between about $25,000 and $45,000 depending on size and finishes, with a $20,000 minimum. The typical range is not a fixed quote.
When the clock starts
The clock starts on the first full working day of on-site demolition, only after all materials are delivered, inspected and staged. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, and mean full scheduled workdays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward the ten working days or the late-credit calculation. Ten working days is the typical schedule for qualifying scopes; your written agreement sets the completion date.
Homeowner responsibilities
- Finalize materials and selections before we order.
- Keep the approved scope unchanged after contract signing and once work starts.
- Provide reasonable access each scheduled working day, with the house accessible, work area clear and required utilities on.
Excluded delays
The schedule guarantee and late credit do not apply to delays caused by:
- Homeowner changes or additions after scope approval.
- Hidden conditions requiring additional work, such as rot, structural issues or code violations not visible at the estimate.
- City inspections, permits, an HOA or inspectors.
- Manufacturer or supplier issues outside our control discovered after ordering, such as recalls, freight damage or backorders.
- Severe weather, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
How the credit works
For each qualifying additional working day beyond the agreed completion date caused by us, we apply a $200 credit against the final balance or as a change-order credit, until substantial completion. This is a conditional account credit—not an unconditional cash payment for every calendar day. Your project agreement identifies the approved scope and agreed completion date.
Questions about your scope or an exclusion? We will review it with you before you sign.
